Therefore, you’ll be in close contact with the devs and all involved departments and create visually appealing material in the form of practical examples, tutorials, videos and guides. Go for it!

Your Key Responsibilities

  • active promotion of the market success of the database
  • contacting and maintaining fantastic relationships with developers, data scientists, business analysts and other potential users
  • clear communication of the advantages of DB and the open source ecosystem as a development accelerator for modern web applications
  • triggering storms of enthusiasms for the product in the dev community
  • necessary for this: far-sighted expectation management, an outbound communication plan and a wise commitment strategy
  • development of practical examples for the productive use of the DB using internal resources
  • close collaboration with developers, marketing and other cross-functional teams to orchestrate your activities
  • development of tutorials, demos, chalk talk videos,"How to" guides, tips and tricks
  • informative reports to the Marketing Director

Your Profile

  • several years of professional experience in online marketing (ideal: from product marketing, technical pre-sales or application development)
  • quick comprehension and deep understanding of the complexity of the technology, which allows you to communicate to developers at a high technological level
  • proven success in the creation of marketing material (including blog posts, advertising, presentations)
  • great empathy for the mindset of developers, data scientists, business analysts and decision makers
  • concentrated team player power, as well as strong and friendly communication
  • solid social media know-how
  • abilities to multitask and to perform target oriented work along deadlines
  • moderate willingness to travel
  • very good English for the international environment

Your Nice-To-Haves

  • solid NoSQL knowledge
  • experience with open source and/or enterprise software
